Initial Account Setup

Once you have signed our service agreement, you will receive an automated email containing instructions to set up your account and access our management portal.

Important Security Requirements

Email Delivery: The setup email will only be sent to the email address used to sign the service agreement

Personal Setup Required: This setup email should not be forwarded to anyone else to complete account setup on your behalf

One-Time Use: Each setup email is unique and intended for the primary signatory only

Adding Additional Users

If you need to add additional users to your account beyond yourself, please follow this process:

1. Contact our support team at: ⁠[email protected]
2. Send the request from the same email address that was used to sign the service agreement
3. Include the following information:
   • Full name of the user to be added
   • Email address for the new user
   • Job title/relation to business
